Bob did a great home inspection for me in December. Even though it was bitterly cold and windy, he spent over a hour outside, up on the roof, all through the crawl space, and around every inch of the perimeter. I was very impressed, plus he is pleasant and competitively priced. It was also a pleasure doing business with a local person, who understands the community.

The inspection was conducted within days after the seller’s acceptance of our offer. We received an extremely thorough inspection report (65 pages) within days of the inspection, and this was done over a holiday weekend. The inspection revealed many items we had not thought to check and gave us an excellent blueprint to prepare the property for our occupancy.
